 As a Regional Manager for
LaCroix Davis LLC, Greg is responsible for construction defect cases including the collection of field data and the analysis of as-claimed versus as-built construction defects. His experience includes responsibility for a variety of construction projects including over 70 single-family projects (custom homes, remodels, additions) and various multi-family projects involving over 500 units. Greg has performed more than 30 insurance repair projects to restore fire, water, and smoke damaged structures, including the abatement of asbestos and removal of complete buildings. Greg's fortes also include business development, design build, project management, estimating, scheduling, and cost and quality control. Greg has provided expert consulting services since 1993 including destructive testing, defect analysis, and cost of repair estimates.
