 As a Regional Manager for
LaCroix Davis, LLC, Mike is responsible for managing cases in a wide variety of fields of the building industry. He has more than 26 years' experience in construction-related activities. Mike has worked as a construction foreman and lead carpenter for residential and commercial construction projects. His most recent emphasis has been in construction defect consulting, where he has been able to utilize his expertise in construction practices, materials, products, and defect investigation.
Mike’s experience and investigation skills include framing, concrete, roofing, drywall, and finish carpentry. He has extensive experience in construction cost and repair estimating, as well as building and mechanical code compliance reviews of new and as-built conditions. Mike’s education and experience in the design and installation of various sheet metal and HVAC components have resulted in Mike being one of the top professionals in the field of defects investigation for these trades.
As a regional manager for
LaCroix Davis, LLC, Mike’s duties also include overseeing the daily operation of the Las Vegas office.
