 As a co-founder and managing member of
LaCroix Davis, LLC, Jim is responsible for the development and operations of the building/construction aspects of the business. Jim has over 45 years of experience in all phases of the building industry. He is licensed in the State of California and Nevada as a General Building Contractor. Jim has been the project manager, hands-on skilled carpenter, and inspector for the construction of projects including hotels, apartments, commercial and industrial buildings, condominiums, custom homes, offices, warehouses, and shopping centers. He has been the investigator and expert witness on cases involving virtually all fields of construction. Jim has the unique ability to find the true evidence of the construction defect, while at all times understanding the challenging requirements his clients face in preparation for their cases. This unique ability has allowed Jim’s clients to rest easy knowing he will deliver as promised; with exceptional investigation skills; expert opinion based on evidence, and skill, poised expert witness testimony in deposition, arbitration and trial. He takes great pride in overseeing each case to ensure the same level of attention to detail and customer responsiveness is delivered on a consistent, “no surprises," basis.
